I’m a principal designer and UX manager who leads teams to ship high-quality experiences and think in systems.
I’m currently at ServiceNow. where I’m working on integrating AI into our product content ecosystem to help our customers find what they need in a redesigned site.
Previously, I was at Chime, a banking app for everyday Americans. I spearheaded a major redesign of the Chime app’s IA and core surfaces, working across the company with execs and partner teams to ship it. I also managed a design team at Uber in the core product org reaching millions of global riders. Before taking a leadership role, I was a senior content designer at Uber and Capital One.
Outside of my laptop and trying to find an app for everything, you’ll find me checking out grocery stores around the globe, buying comedy tickets, and drinking coffee or Indian chai.
